The moment Jule Malischke walks out on stage, her audience is immediately taken by her genuine and vibrant charismatic music.
After her successful classical guitar studies at the “Leopold Mozart Center” in Augsburg, Jule graduated with her Acoustic Guitar Master’s degree (jazz/rock/pop) “Worldmusic” in Dresden at the “Carl Maria von Weber” Music Academy in Germany (with prof. Thomas Fellow, prof. Stephan Bormann and Reentko Dirks). Jule continues to take part in the Master class programme and also lectures guitar in the department for school music.
Jule is an excellent song writer but throws the odd cover into her repertoire. She skilfully draws on various guitar styles from classical to steel strung and the modern fingerstyle arrangements contained in her own songs.
While enjoying a significant number of years as a singer/guitarist/songwriter, Malischke has appeared as a support musician for artists like Uriah Heep, Barclay James and Christina Stuermer and has made numerous appearances on the TV and Radio.
In 2013 Jule Malischke & Stephan Bormann formed a duo and released their debut album “WHATEVER MAY HAPPEN” in autumn 2014.
